Our regular group lessons encompass all aspects of the Chinese language extensively. In the course we use the "New practical Chinese" series of studybooks. During the lesson audiovisual material and modern language resources and apps, such as Kahoot, Quizlet, Wordwall, Wechat and Pleco, are widely used.

Are you ambitious and would you like to learn Chinese and practice all aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing? Then this course, with an emphasis on phonetic training (pinyin) and grammatical structure, is right for you. We expect you to do self-study for at least 2-3 hours a week.

The group lesson “CC101 Chinese for Beginners 1” at locations Amsterdam de Vrije Universiteit and Utrecht LRC College will be on location in a classroom. In addition there will also be an online lesson via Zoom.
The group lesson “CC102 Chinese for Beginners 1” at location Amsterdam de Vrije Universiteit will be in a hybrid setting, so you can choose for physical lessons or online via Zoom.

All other group lessons are taught online via Zoom in a weekly lesson of 2 hours.
If possible, an extra (offline) meeting will be organized 1-2 times.
